Michael is the owner and the man behind the services at CMC. His extensive experience gives quality and reliability to every project.  He knew he had a passion for constructing beautiful properties, since starting in 1976. 

 

He became a project manager and superintendent overseeing production homes. Soon his work was notable and he progressed to VP of Construction. He managed budgets, scheduling, and the entire infrastructure for creating production homes. 

 

After several more years of experience, he decided to branch out on his own and create a business dedicated to building beautiful properties. His mission is ensuring all property owners are aware and confortable in every step so that there are no surprises.
